Eurest USA in Memphis, TN is seeking a Campus Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations for a major on-site dining program. You will lead a team, manage safety, sanitation and costs while delivering high-quality menus and experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of culinary management experience, a culinary degree preferred, and a track record in high-volume production and catering. This full-time, on-site role offers growth within a nationwide hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account.
