Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for Crown College in Saint Bonifacius, Minnesota. You will lead the campus culinary program, drive innovation, set standards, and support executive chefs and their teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Take charge of operations, people management, and budget oversight, while fostering professional growth and partnerships that elevate service quality across the campus. This is a senior, on-site leadership role within a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Education required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 1–3 years.
• Related experience: 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire campus culinary program and lead the on-site kitchen operations.
• Oversee culinary innovation, standards and programs and develop executive chefs.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams; manage performance and budgets.
• Standardize operations, menu design, and client-focused dining experiences.
• Ensure food safety with HACCP/ServSafe principles.
