Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is hiring an Operations Staff - Changeover on-site at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Sonnentag Center. You will help set up and break down events, move equipment, and ensure safe, efficient transitions for athletic and community events.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work nights and weekends, and follow safety procedures. High school diploma and basic tools experience preferred; loyalty, reliability, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with basic hand tools is preferred.
• Good communication with patrons, staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down events including flooring, seating, tables and stages.
• Operate equipment and machinery to assist setup and breakdown.
• Perform seating, facility and event checklists inspections.
• Support Athletics Game Day Staff and Production.
• Report issues to supervisors and management as they arise.
• Assist with cleaning, housekeeping and light maintenance.
• Follow safety precautions and emergency procedures.
