Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is seeking a team-oriented staff member to support event operations at our client venues. You will assist with oversight, training, and on-shift supervision of changeover staff, ensure adherence to administrative policies, and help set up and tear down for game days.

This role requires weekend and game day work, basic labor, and the ability to communicate clearly with patrons and staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a willingness to perform general maintenance

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with the oversight, training, and on-shift supervision of Changeover staff and other staff as needed.
Enforce administrative policies and procedures as it relates to the building.
Assist with the implementation, evaluation, and day to day operation of the game day setup and tear down including flooring, seating, tables, stages, ramps, etc.
Perform seating, facilities, and event checklists inspections
Report issues to management as they arise
Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance
Follow safety precautions and emergency procedures
Attend all Staff and Committee meetings as assigned.
Weekend work and game day work is required
