Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant full-time experience.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.
• Familiarity with student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the campus Enrollment Services team and supervise Counselors, staff, and Welcome Desk personnel.
• Advise students on course selection and provide clear guidance on admissions, financial aid, registration, and records processes.
• Direct the Enrollment Service unit to deliver information, counsel, and problem resolution across admissions, financial aid, enrollment, and student records.
• Collaborate with Advising, Testing, Campus Life, and other departments to remove barriers and support enrollment, registration, and retention.
• Identify training needs, develop onboarding and ongoing staff training, and monitor performance through coaching conversations.
• Serve as campus data steward for student records, ensuring accuracy and security in accordance with district policies.
