Job summary

St. Louis Community College is seeking a Coordinator of Student Recruiting to join the District recruiting team under the Director of Recruitment and Outreach. The coordinator will plan, coordinate and integrate activities to recruit and enroll students across the college.

The role includes outreach to high schools and external groups, event development, data tracking in Banner/CRM, and collaboration with internal departments to promote enrollment. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting software platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students by communicating enrollment processes and program details via email, phone, social media, and in-person encounters.
• Assist with presentations and outreach to high schools and external groups to promote the college and partnerships.
• Support campus events and recruitment programs across departments to drive enrollment.
• Maintain the district master schedule of recruitment events and coordinate campus visits and tours.
• Generate and process CRM and Banner reports; maintain tracking for prospect information and yield.
