Job summary

DSST Public Schools is seeking a Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager for one campus serving middle and high school students. This in-person role focuses on student recruitment, onboarding, enrollment, and building authentic family and community partnerships.

You will collaborate with Home Office teams to drive metrics and foster meaningful engagement. You will also help lead advocacy efforts, manage events, and utilize data tools to inform strategy, with relocation support for eligible

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of recruitment or sales experience.
• Requires 2–3 years in student recruitment, family or community engagement.
• 3+ years in project management or customer service fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead student recruitment, onboarding and enrollment planning with campus leadership.
• Develop family engagement plans and strengthen community partnerships.
• Support advocacy and civic engagement initiatives with families and students.
• Utilize data systems to track progress and adjust recruitment and engagement plans.
