The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating tours, promoting IMU spaces and services, and collaborating with campus partners to enhance engagement and campus visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in outreach, sales, relationship management, hospitality, program coordination, customer service, or related area.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with varied audiences.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual outreach and engagement plan to increase awareness of IMU services and spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with departments, alumni, and community partners to expand engagement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary ambassador for the IMU through presentations, tours, networking events, and outreach activities.
• Promote IMU spaces and programs by creating audience-focused messaging and collaborating on outreach materials.
