You will work closely with the athletics staff to support game day logistics, ticketing, scoring, and community engagement tracking at the Health & Human Performance Laboratory. The role is ideal for a UPIKE undergraduate student pursuing health, business, or sports management studies, offering hands-on experience and professional development in a college

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student at UPIKE with interest in Health and Human Performance, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• Interest in collegiate athletics or athletic administration; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; dependability; experience with office operations, events, data entry, customer service, or team environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute pre-event logistics for home athletic events.
• Oversee live event workflows and assist in managing event logistics.
• Direct post-event tear down and secure equipment.
• Manage front-facing guest services, ticket distribution, and POS operations.
• Operate scoreboards, game clocks, and timing systems under pressure.
• Analyze and optimize gameday student worker schedules using spreadsheets.
• Audit and report student-athlete community engagement data.
• Create digital graphics and manage live-stream broadcasts (optional).
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
