Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in disaster planning, response, or recovery.
• ICS training, including G-400.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains emergency response and mass-notification templates and procedures.
• Maintains contact lists, SOPs, policies, and critical documents.
• Identifies planning teams and coordinates planning meetings.
• Conducts outreach to the university community via social media and events.
• Assists with exercise design, coordination, and after-action reviews.
• Serves on the Incident Management Team and supports training delivery.
• Attends meetings to support campus-wide collaboration and regional partnerships.
• Collaborates with incident-response personnel to resolve issues.
