Job summary

Hillman Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Campus & Early Talent to deliver full-cycle recruiting across the organization, build strong relationships with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and promote Hillman’s employer brand.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, ensure an inclusive candidate experience, maintain compliance, and track recruiting metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for specialized, hard-to-fill, or high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify requirements and criteria.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Represent Hillman at events and drive employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Travel 10–20% for meetings, events, and site visits.
