Job summary

Sodexo at Creighton University is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations. You will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout food production and service areas, and assist with set-up and break-down as needed.

Shifts are varied with open availability preferred, and you will contribute to a larger mission while gaining experience in food service and facilities management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment with specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
