Job summary

DESALES UNIVERSITY is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for Sodexo to support kitchen and facility operations with cleanliness and organization across food production and service areas.

You will clean equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces, restock supplies, and assist with basic setup and break-down tasks as directed. Intermittent lifting and long periods of standing are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment with specified chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
• May require significant walking and mobility; stand or walk for extended periods.
