Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes tables, walls, refrigerators, and blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; removes trash to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment with chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Re-stocks supplies like soap and paper towels; assists with setup and breakdown.
