AoPS Academy Sugar Land Campus seeks a visionary Campus Director to lead a premier after‑school math program for highly motivated students in Sugar Land, TX. You will recruit and mentor staff, grow enrollments, and ensure a culture of rigorous problem-solving and academic excellence.

The role combines instructional leadership with family engagement, campus operations, and strategic partnerships to expand the community and nurture students and teachers alike.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and teaching aligned with AoPS pedagogy.
  • Deep understanding of needs of students advanced in mathematics.
  • Strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.
  • Preferred: advanced degree in math or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campus culture focused on academic excellence and student engagement.
  • Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain outstanding staff.
  • Grow enrollment and retain students by delivering a rigorous, welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with regional and national leadership to address campus challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain campus reputation for academic quality and customer service.
