AoPS Academy Sugar Land Campus seeks a visionary Campus Director to lead a premier after‑school math program for highly motivated students in Sugar Land, TX. You will recruit and mentor staff, grow enrollments, and ensure a culture of rigorous problem-solving and academic excellence.

The role combines instructional leadership with family engagement, campus operations, and strategic partnerships to expand the community and nurture students and teachers alike.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and teaching aligned with AoPS pedagogy.
Deep understanding of needs of students advanced in mathematics.
Strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.
Preferred: advanced degree in math or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead campus culture focused on academic excellence and student engagement.
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain outstanding staff.
Grow enrollment and retain students by delivering a rigorous, welcoming experience.
Collaborate with regional and national leadership to address campus challenges and opportunities.
