Job summary

AoPS Academy Irvine campus seeks a Campus Director to lead a dynamic enrichment program where every day presents opportunities to guide students, mentor instructors, and engage families. You will drive enrollments and cultivate a thriving learning community with a strong AoPS academic mission.

You will recruit and develop staff, uphold rigorous math education, and build partnerships with families and local organizations to expand impact and excellence across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Teaching experience aligned with AoPS pedagogy.
• Deep understanding of needs of students advanced in mathematics.
• Strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations and growth, engaging students, instructors, and families.
• Maintain high academic quality and service to families.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain outstanding staff and teachers.
• Foster enrollment growth and an academically rigorous community.
