Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is seeking an Associate Director for our Austin campus to oversee administrative and logistical operations, teach weekly math classes, and partner with the Campus Director on hiring and training part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year teaching experience with advanced K-12 students preferred.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Experience hiring and training part-time staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach the AoPS curriculum in dynamic, participation-oriented classes.
• Participate in hiring and training of part-time staff.
• Assist with administrative, logistical, and customer service operations.
• Engage with families to explain program benefits and assess fit.
