Job summary

AoPS Academy Frisco seeks a Campus Director to lead a vibrant enrichment program at the Frisco campus, guiding students, teachers, and families. You will set the academic tone, mentor instructors, and drive enrollment while ensuring a thriving learning community built on AoPS’s rigorous math approach.

You will recruit and develop staff, build relationships with families, and lead efforts to grow the campus’s reputation for excellence in math education, engagement, and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Teaching experience aligned with AoPS pedagogy.
• Strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.
• Advanced degree in math or related field preferred.
• Experience with advanced learners in math is desired.
• Familiarity with math competitions and leadership roles.

Responsibilities
