Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching experience and AoPS pedagogy alignment.
• Strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.
• Deep understanding of the needs of students advanced in mathematics.
• Preferred advanced degree in math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations and strategic planning.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain staff.
• Engage with families to grow enrollment and retention.
• Maintain AoPS academic standards and campus culture.
