Responsibilities

• Lead the AoPS Academy Frisco campus as academic leader and campus culture driver.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain outstanding staff and instructors.
• Grow campus enrollment and engagement by building relationships with families and local partners.
• Ensure academic quality and client service excellence across all classes and activities.
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership to implement campus playbooks.
