The role emphasizes managing budgets, payroll, and compliance with accreditation and regulations, while expanding community partnerships to boost placement results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing campus operations.
• Experience coaching staff and supporting a high-performing culture.
• Experience improving or overseeing student outcomes.
• Experience with budget management and payroll oversight in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and state/federal education regulations.
• Strong communication skills and community relationship building.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Illinois is a plus.

As Campus Director, you will play a central leadership role in guiding campus performance, supporting student success, and strengthening the connection between education and career outcomes. You will work across campus functions to foster accountability, build a strong team culture, and ensure the campus operates effectively in support of both academic and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily campus operations to improve student outcomes and business performance
• Manage campus budgets, payroll, and operational efficiency against financial targets
• Coach, develop, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing campus team
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, state, and federal education regulations
