Job summary

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Illinois is seeking a Cosmetology Instructor to educate students in cutting, coloring, skincare, and makeup artistry. You will lead theory and hands-on demonstrations, and assess progress to support student success.

In this role you will contribute to curriculum development, uphold health and safety standards, and engage with ongoing professional development while inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Cosmetology Instructor License.
• Experience in the cosmetology industry.
• Teaching or mentorship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
