Tricoci University of Beauty Culture seeks a Campus Director to lead daily campus operations, drive student success, and align academic and business goals. You will work across campus functions to foster accountability and build a strong team culture that supports growth and excellent outcomes.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, payroll, and compliance with accreditation and regulations, while expanding community partnerships to boost placement results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing campus operations.
• Experience coaching staff and supporting a high-performing culture.
• Experience improving or overseeing student outcomes.
• Experience with budget management and payroll oversight in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and state/federal education regulations.
• Strong communication skills and community relationship building.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Illinois is a plus.

Responsibilities
