Position Overview

As a Cosmetology Teacher, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality education to our cosmetology students. You will create engaging lessons, facilitate hands‑on training, and help students develop essential skills for their future careers in the beauty industry. Your passion for beauty and education will inspire students and guide them on their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Conduct interactive lectures and practical demonstrations covering various cosmetology techniques
Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in cosmetology
Support students in achieving their professional goals through mentorship and guidance

Monday through Friday 5:00 – 10:00 pm CST

Requirements

Active Cosmetology Educator License in the State of Illinois
