Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with co-workers and staff.
• Adhere to PRH, CSDC policies and center procedures.
• Conduct interviews and advise on hiring in compliance with laws and policy.
• Perform formal staff evaluations and provide feedback.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly staff schedules.
• Manage a safe, clean, and healthy work environment within areas of responsibility.
• Supervise center food service operations and menu planning.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Finance on food orders and budgeting.
