The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least three years in food service management and is ServSafe certified or able

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of dining, retail, and/or catering service operations.
• Dietetics management principles and leadership in business operations.
• Leadership skills in planning, budgeting, organizing, controlling, and evaluating.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems and make personnel decisions on issues that may arise.
• Knowledge of cost and quality control techniques.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to develop and present formal and informal training programs.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and HACCP-related practices.
• High attention to detail to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees food quality, customer service, and overall management of the Dining Services area.
• Directs training, supervision, and evaluation of team members; develops training programs.
• Delivers an exceptional dining experience centered on culinary excellence and friendly service.
• Ensures adherence to university policies, health codes, and safety standards; HACCP/SOP compliance.
