Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus three years of experience in food service management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of dining, retail and/or catering service operations and HACCP/safety practices.
• ServSafe Certification (or equivalent) in food safety and sanitation or able to obtain within 6 months.
