The University of Colorado Boulder is hiring a Dining and Retail Technology Specialist to deploy, support, and maintain hardware systems across campus dining, retail, and auxiliary operations. You will support Micros POS terminals, food labeling devices, inventory tech, and related retail technologies, working with Dining Services and campus IT to ensure reliability and security.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience with network-connected devices.
• 1 year of experience in Windows device support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware support and maintenance for dining/retail tech across campus.
• Collaborate with Dining Services, Retail Ops, and IT to ensure reliability.
• Document hardware configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with asset tracking, inventory, and lifecycle planning.
