Job summary

Aramark Collegiate Hospitality in Omaha, NE is seeking a Director of Dining Operations to plan, manage, and guide contracted services across multiple sites, normally generating $2-15M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals and client objectives. Our General Managers lead teams to deliver excellent service, foster client relationships, ensure safety compliance, and drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Strong focus on client service and building a strong business relationship with clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages the client and community relationships at the location, continually assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive satisfaction.
• Builds, develops, and leads a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs and contractual obligations.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and assists in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and productivity.
• Manages compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes and maintains all records and reports.
