Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service or a related field.
• Requires at least 1–3 years in a management role.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client rapport and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions; recruit, train, and manage performance.
• Oversee dining operations and ensure alignment with the Executional Framework.
• Manage finances: build revenue, control costs, and maintain P&L statements.
• Direct and oversee production, distribution and food service operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Coordinate unit personnel on production, merchandising, quality and cost controls.
