The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and ServSafe certification, with at least one year in a foodservice setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year of experience in a foodservice role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper preparation and storage of food.
• Direct food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Order food and paper products as needed.
• Ensure sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Train new staff members as needed.
