Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a lead foodservice worker to join the Fairfield, AL campus dining team. You will oversee daily onsite operations, ensure quality food preparation and service, and guide staff to deliver a superior dining experience for students and guests.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and ServSafe certification, with at least one year in a foodservice setting.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our collegiate team in Fairfield, AL. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.
