Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning operations such as spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitizing receptacles, and window cleaning.
• Strip and refinish floors as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties including trash, dusting, restrooms, and restocking supplies.
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment (carpet vacuums, canister vacuums, wide-area vacuums, backpacks).
• Maintain housekeeping/storage closets and tools in clean, orderly condition.
• Use prescribed safety equipment and cleaning chemicals correctly.
• Respond to work requests via service system and building occupants’ needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
