Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning operations (e.g., spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitation).
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks (trash, dusting, restrooms, restocking).
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment (carpet vacuums, backpack vacuums, etc.).
• Maintain housekeeping/storage closets and equipment.
• Use prescribed safety equipment.
• Handle chemicals safely and per procedures.
• Respond to work requests via service system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
