Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating custodial equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, techniques and equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning functions: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, window washing, trash removal.
• Operate and maintain machines and equipment used for cleaning.
• Set up and clean up for campus activities and events.
• Report maintenance needs to supervisor and submit requests as needed.
• Deliver mail and packages within campus as instructed.
• Keep assigned areas neat and orderly; assist with other areas as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions and injuries to supervisor.
