Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a Mid-shift Custodial Supervisor for San Antonio to lead evening and night operations across campuses. You will supervise supervisors, head custodians, and front-line staff, schedule shifts, monitor cleaning standards, and coordinate event setups.

The role requires at least five years in facilities management, strong leadership, cost-control acumen, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five years facilities management experience in commercial or educational settings.
• Able to develop policies and procedures for operations and personnel.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and performance monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of supervisors, head custodians, and custodians.
• Determines staffing levels and assigns shift work.
• Coordinates event setups and monitors cleanliness standards.
• Maintains records, schedules, and payroll; conducts training.
