Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of custodial operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial/housekeeping staff, interview, hire and train.
• Coordinate daily custodial/housekeeping services and assign work.
• Ensure compliance with union contract and safety procedures.
• Oversee event setup and liaison with conference staff and clients.
• Prepare administrative reports on work performed and inventory.
• Monitor budget/expenditures and ensure guidelines are met.
• Assist with snow removal and related duties as needed.
