Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in custodial services.
• Preferred: degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee custodial projects and daily operations.
• Train staff in floor care (stripping, sealing, waxing), carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques.
• Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Provide custodial support and event setup as needed.
• Hire, train, and schedule student workers for campus and athletic events.
