Qualifications

• Strong grounds maintenance and trade skills.
• Experience supervising a small team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily grounds tasks and assign work with supervisor.
• Develop seasonal maintenance schedules and coordinate with Director.
• Train new employees and monitor progress.
• Assist with snow removal and storm staffing as needed.
• Oversee setup and staffing for events and special tasks.
• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Operate heavy equipment for grounds and construction work.
• Carry out tool/equipment overhaul as needed.
