Job summary

Campus Services Group in Escanaba, Michigan is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead cleaning operations and supervise environmental services staff across shifts. You will perform and oversee custodial tasks, operate industrial cleaning equipment, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards in our facilities.

The role requires at least 2 years in Environmental Services with supervisory experience preferred, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of Environmental Services experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
