Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial operations and cleanup of campus areas to meet standards.
• Train staff and ensure safe use of equipment; supervise cleaning methods and schedules.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate personnel; assign work and manage overtime as needed.
• Operate custodial equipment and ensure compliance with safety policies and certifications.
• Prepare records and reports related to assigned duties and projects.
