Job summary

San Diego Community College District’s Facilities Services is seeking a Custodial Crew Leader to supervise custodial staff, coordinate daily work orders, and ensure safe, clean college campuses. The role entails an evening shift from 5:00pm to 1:30am, Monday through Friday, with potential site transfers as needed.

The position offers probationary terms, with excellent benefits for contract employees at 50% FTE and above. Initial salary placement is Step G, and salary negotiation is not allowed.
