Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years experience in a commercial, institutional, or hotel kitchen.
• SERV Safe certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production and serving schedules for cafeteria lines and events.
• Requisition from stores or retrieve supplies to meet schedules.
• Operate kitchen equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in work area and handle waste/recycling.
• Train and advise new staff and student assistants as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in daily operations.
