Creative Dining Services is seeking a Culinary Production Manager for Hope College in Holland, MI. Lead daily kitchen operations, balance hands-on culinary leadership with administrative duties, and train a team with strong allergen knowledge.

Responsibilities include menu planning, purchasing, inventory, cost control, and guest interaction. Requires ServSafe Manager and Allergen certifications and 3+ years of management experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of food service management experience, including hiring and coaching.
• Strong culinary knowledge and food production experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and culinary/food service software.
• ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Allergen certifications required.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the kitchen team through coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily culinary production and coordinate staffing and production plans.
• Guide menu planning, recipes, and standardization to meet guest needs.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and food costs to hit budgets.
• Monitor production, forecast needs, and maintain records for cost efficiency.
