You’ll lead a talented dining team, manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and partner with campus leadership to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance while developing future leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Management, or related field preferred (or 10+ years of managerial experience).
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven track record leading a food service operation and culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day dining operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, safety, and financial performance.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, labor, and operating costs; monitor sales and profitability.
