Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressively responsible construction management experience, especially in higher education, healthcare, or schedule-driven projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Significant experience with contractor management, schedule control, cost management, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and closeout phases to meet schedule and funding parameters.
• Lead owner’s representation to manage contractor performance and project delivery.
• Review baselines, schedules, procurement, and manpower; ensure progress matches field conditions.
• Attend to design and planning reviews for constructability and scheduling.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues promptly.
• Lead progress meetings, track RFIs/submittals, and manage changes to protect project milestones.
