Job summary

Elon University is hiring a Project Manager, Integration to support the Chief Integration Officer and Deputy CIO across multiple integration initiatives. This in‑person role in Charlotte, NC focuses on coordinating projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables and budgets stay on track.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in higher education administration or related fields, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in higher education admin, project management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and follow‑through.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and community engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CIO/Deputy CIO on projects and priorities, track milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with event planning, stakeholder outreach, and campus engagement activities.
• Manage calendaring, meetings, travel arrangements, and budget tracking as needed.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear summaries for leadership.
• Support Admissions/enrollment projects for Elon Charlotte and Queens campuses.
