Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Significant construction management experience with contractor oversight and project closeout.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and closeout phases to meet time, budget, and funding parameters.
• LeadOwner's representative in managing contractor performance and project delivery.
• Review schedules, procurement, and change management; ensure safety and quality at site.
