Job summary

The role monitors schedules, resources, contracts, and quality, coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with codes and university objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) for construction projects in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the University’s owner's representative for assigned construction projects, ensuring interests and operational needs are represented.
• Monitors contractor and consultant performance and addresses project concerns and contractual requirements.
• Manages construction project schedules and resources to meet project needs and deadlines.
• Provides construction management oversight to promote a high-quality finished product with minimal campus disruption.
• Coordinates activities with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
