Job summary

The role ensures adherence to contract requirements, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and campus stakeholders. The incumbent reviews technical documents, analyzes project issues, and develops practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management or related field.
• Licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the University's owner's representative for construction projects, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and university objectives.
• Manages project schedules, resources, and contract administration to support timely completion.
• Reviews plans, specifications and submittals for compliance with codes, standards and project requirements.
• Performs analyses and provides recommendations to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Communicates with contractors, consultants, campus stakeholders and regulatory agencies to facilitate coordination and minimize disruption.
